The SERVOX-TE  Coordination series was specifically designedas a dispatch system to collect transportation requests from the users using the Hospital's existing telephone system, aggregate and optimize requests based on destination, requested delivery time and type of transport. It will then place a request to the suitable resource (internal messenger via pager, external courrier service or taxi), at the proper time. The system will combine multiple requests to a same destination.
