serving an area which is the most convenient for them. SERVOX fully automated, interactive voice response systems consist of both hardware and software. Utilizing leading edge computer, voice and telecommunication technologies to easily link computer systems with telephone equipment it enables you to provide your customers with enhanced levels of service and satisfaction.This Locator System assists your customers obtain quickly and accurately the address, telephone number, as well as additional information, on those locations which are most convenient for them. Optionally, that same customer can request to have their call directly transferred to their preferred location for prompt attention...all by having dialled only 1 number! SERVOX identifies the caller's 'area' by using either the telephone number from which they are calling, provided by the Caller ID feature, or by a telephone number the caller enters directly. This area becomes the 'source location', and SERVOX will then quickly scan its data base searching for those locations which serve that particular area.Using Text-To-Speech technology, SERVOX then converts the text in the data base to speech files and vocalizes them for the caller to hear the address and telephone number of the chosen locations.Each Locator has its own user friendly personality, including a name which you determine. He or She (the Host) personally guides your customers through menu options from which they can select to quickly find the information they are seeking. At any time your customers can ask the Host to transfer their call to a customer service agent, provide a description of how the system works, provide additional information on your company and its services, or exit the system.
