HOW DOES SERVOX WORK?

SERVOX is a fully automated interactive voice response system utilizing leading edge computer, voice and telecommunication technologies to easily link computer systems with telephone equipement.

State-of-the art technology allows an outside caller using an ordinary telephone to get verbal or faxed information from a computerized database. SERVOX will also consider any information or request given by the caller and process it.

SERVOX was developed to increase productivity and improve the quality of customer service which results in increased sales and lower operating costs.

SERVOX vocally answers calls routed to it and guides callers through a menu that allows them to :

  • Query the database to obtain selective information
  • Obtain information on location, products and services concerning a company
  • Place an order or make a reservation
  • Exit the automated menu to deal directly with a staff member (whenever necessary)

SERVOX also generates specific reports, identifies and announces callers, distributes personalized messages and offers numerous additional options.
