Mediator Direct ACD is a full featured automatic call distribution (ACD) system that manages and distributes calls to available agents within a Meridian™ Digital Centrex group through a PC based Windows™ application. This capability is provided without the necessity for dedicated ACD lines and a dedicated MIS/data connection for real time reporting from the Central Office DMS100™ switch. Both single line set (analog) and Meridian Business Set (MBS) stations can be assigned as agent phones. Using standard Centrex features Mediator Direct ACD will provide a portable, flexible solution to managing call coverage problems in any Centrex environment.

Do you have more callers than people can answer them?
Mediator Direct ACD will evently distribute inbound calls to available agents and queue up calls until agents are available.

Do you have problems staffing peak periods of inbound calls?
Mediator Direct ACD will give you real time information about caller hold queues, agent busy status plus a detailed breakdown of the number of calls received within any specified period of time and a history of the average time spend per call. Use this information to make instant decisions about staffing levels to provide improved customer service and more effective use of your staff.

Do you have a high rate of abandoned calls?
Mediator Direct ACD reports on the number of abandoned calls and will also provide calling line identification of those abandoned calls.

Would you like to provide your callers with personalized greetings while they are on hold?
